Summary of recovery act


1.  Issue demand demand letter to defaulters to pay society charges signed by chairman and secretory for 3 times at regular intervals..

2.If still not paid, then comitee members should authorise chairman and secretory to sign all necessary documents to raise recovery certificate from registrar.

3.Application to Deputy registrar  under 101 act to get recovery certificate

4. Recovery certificate will be handed over to recovery officer from govt .

5. Recovery officer handover this letter to sales officer from govt

6.  Sales officer request the member to pay the dues with interest.

7. If not paid then sales officer visit the flat and do the auction of movable things and auction amout will be given to society.

8. If auction amount is not sufficient then sales officer sale the flat and pay the society charges.

This rule is applicable for all types of flats.

2- Close all taps when unattended.
3- use bucket while watering your plants and not with continues flow of pipe water
4- Mopping your terrace instead of emptying water buckets and then cleaning
5- Keep taps closed while brushing your teeth and during shaving
6- Use of purifier drain water for gardening or cleaning floor etc
7- while going out for short or long duration make sure to keep all taps in closed mode
